Hello everybody, this my first post since finding this forum yesterday. My question is I have a dell inspiron e1505 running windows xp media center, and I leave it turned on all the time because I use it as a dvr and was wondering if I set my power options to turn off the hard drive after a period of time of inactivity would it turn the hard drive back on in time to catch the start of a show I have it set to record, or would it not start in time to catch the very beginning of a program? Or should I not even worry about it and just leave the hard drive running all the time? Thanks in advance for any advice...
