I heard somewhere that it's important whether under the keyboard there are two antennas or three... Anybody knows if that's true or BS?
I want to have range to take from my homes some public maybe far wireless connections... or maybe from outside...

And the model of your computer is?

Anyone, guess correct and win 10 points :)

The 5100 will give you a really good range anyway, but yes the 5300 has space for three antennae, which gives higher maximum theoretical bandwidth (450mbps vs 300mbps) and longer range. In my experience, the difference between the two is not as much as you'd think.
