    It would but you wouldn't realize the difference in MHZ since you have a pc4300 running at 533 vs. the pc5400 running at 667MHZ. I would advise using the same ones and not mix and match.

    i wanted to also update to 667, but ppl said its not a big performence upgrade but i might still do it just to get 2GB instead of 1GB

    Yeah, there's no reason to ever pay more than $80 for a gig of pc5400 RAM. Stick with newegg, or I got 2gigs of Corsair from Fry's Outpost. Just look around

    What's the deal with Fry's Outpost ? they are cheaper than NewEgg ( http://shop2.outpost.com/product/4779979) and they actually ship International and seem to accept International visa, am I dreaming ?
