Same here. Returned a machine, ordered a new m1330. Built within a couple of days, boxing for around 3 or 4 days, shipped in a week. I wonder what's going right all of a sudden.

I ordered mine from Sweden on Tuesday the 25th... was picked up by Schenker yesterday and their EDD is on Thursday.

My only complaint is that when I checked the prices after it had been shipped, the same system cost 12% less (when you include the "shipping for free" offer), which means I could have upgraded my HD from 160 to 250GB, and my WLAN from A/B/G to A/G/N... :(

Edit: The specs also go against what I've read about reasons for delays: LED screen, 9 cell battery.

I've just ordered mine 3 min ago from Australia and now I'm worrying about it. The only things that get on my nerve are the CPU whining and Wobble issues which they have been posted on this forum for ages. Also I'm still wondering how long will it take me to get "My Sexy Slim Notebook"?

During my ordering process, I've found that there was no estimate delay time which normally it was always there so I hope I could get it earlier than what I've expected (I've expected to get it in a month time).

Anyway, this is my first post in this forum so I'll be here from now on

topzero: Something I noted was that when I ordered my system there was a warning saying that "due to overwhelming demand for this system EDD is 4 weeks", but when I configured a system yesterday there was no such warning. And since my system was shipped within days I assume that no warning means fast shipping...

I ordered mine about 1 month ago and got it within 7 days. My M1330 is perfect, have not had one issue at all. Build is perfect, screen is perfect, and CPU whine? What CPU whine!!!

Unlike other people here who have constant issues. I buy alot of Dell Laptops and desktops, not only for personal use but also for work. We have yet to have an issue.

Some people here who send machines back 4 or 5 times. Well all I can say is that either you are the unluckiest people in the world, or very picky and will never be satisfied no matter what.

For real. I know it's a big purchase and all, but I don't ever see people returning their cars 4-5 times.

No delays here in the UK anymore either. Good news.
