    xps DVD picture all bleached out

    i have a friend who recently bought a XPS 1530 with the 2.0ghz C2D and DL DVD+/-. When playing dvd the pictures are all bleached out. The dvd played well on my XPS m1210. Can you folks help ID the problem. Save me a trip to the dell store.
