Does it work on the 1330 or is it just me? If I hit the "Num Lk" key, the light comes on the media bar, but if I hit the keys that are labelled for numbers, I get the letters.

Note, if I hold the Function key, and hit the above keys, the numbers come out.

    Thanks

That's the way it's designed, and it's really stupid IMHO. However, you can adjust this setting through your BIOS. I have mine set so that I don't have to hold down the Fn key. If you need more detailed instructions, just post back.

Thanks! I found it in the BIOS. I don't understand why you can't use both instead of specifying which one to use...

This is sort of on topic but...why does the num lock led light always automatically turn on after I start my computer?
Just wondering why it's designed to do this

There's an option in the BIOS for that. The default setting is to turn the num lock on.
