That's pretty terrible, but I can't complain about my customer service with Dell. Even though I'm out in the middle of nowhere, after a Dell technician tried to troubleshoot my audio stuttering problem, I called back in a couple of days, and the new technician pulled up my case number, and Dell had a technician at my house in a week. He replaced my motherboard flawlessly. And even though the problem still occurs, their service was good. =^)

Well if the problem still occurs then that is really bad....but well I guess every company has different stories from different consumers.

Well, it turns out the problem wasn't something that could be fixed by replacing the sound card and speakers - from what I've read elsewhere on this forum, audio stuttering/crackling is known to occur as sort of bizarre audio/wireless conflict. It's nothing I can't live with.

due to very POOR insulation from electical noise! If it was properly insullated it wouldn't happen!

Yet again, shoddy design/work by Dell!
