My laptop is dell inspiron 17 series 5000. When I watch You tube videos on Microsoft Edge, Explorer and Chrome, I can only hear sound, but no images. The video looks black. However, on browser Firefox the videos and sounds are fine. Also, sometimes, when I move mouse pointer to bookmark bar, the screen becomes dark for a while.

I tried to do many ways like disable adblocker, disable hardware acceleration, javascript enable, sign out and in you tube, disable extensions, clear browsing data, and reinstall the browsers, but none worked. Now I use Firefox only. Please help. Thanks.

Revert to a good backup using windows 10 repair. Make sure the windows 10 update to remove flash installed without error. You could check event logs to see if you have any errors with apps.

I would also recommend reinstalling the graphics driver - You can snag this from Dell on their website, looking up the model of your laptop.

@Tony Dang My next recommendation would be a fresh operating system - Back up your stuff, and reinstall Windows 10 via USB after wiping the drive.
