    3dmark Fire strike test - 1080 Ti - not passed

    Hi. I test my Gtx 1080 ti on all benchmarks , scores are fine. But on fire strike test not passed. BUM screen: Temps are normal 83-84 during test. Help. RMA card?

    Beside that. In all games temps are the same and i have good performance without drops. I have good scores in all other tests. Can i trust this strees test or i must change card? thanks.

    Just tone down the overclock - test again.

    He posted this on the EVGA forums as well.

    It is not a problem, just needs to keep his card cool and update his applications along with the drivers.

    Then before running the benchmark make sure you dont have have applications running in the background.
    Also max out your fans before you start the benchmark.

    The test is not passing mainly because of a more than 3% drop in framerates or something.

    That is why im saying MAX OUT the FANS. When the temperatures go up, the clocks drop. You know what happens when the clocks drop?
