That article's a bit short on technical detail, so I read AnandTech's article ( http://anandtech.com/show/9456/amd-launches-the-a87670k-filling-in-the-gaps). Bottom line, "Windows 10-ready" is marketing mumbo-jumbo, and the features are the same as the other desktop A8 APUs. 4 CPU compute units, 6 GPU, and a slight bump in CPU and GPU clocks in the 7670K from the 7650K. Really, it seems to de facto replace the A10 7700K as the step up from the 7670, as the specs are equal or better than the 7700K, the price is $2 lower, but higher than the 7650K. So a bit of an upgrade for the $115-$120 price point, but nothing particularly new.
The 7800 series still looks like a better deal to me. Two extra GPU compute units, and a price difference of $13-$19, depending on if you want the K models or not. But this may make sense for someone who has lower graphics needs, particularly if they're upgrading an older AMD system.
