Something cheap and decent, for running two (Low res, so specs aren't important, just need vga and dvi, or something) monitors. Or one if cheap enough. It's a plex media server, the gpu is nonimportant.

Well, for Plex Media Server, you don't actually need a GPU at all (I run mine off of a Pentium G3260 and its iGPU); the CPU is far more important than the GPU for this software (the CPU I mention is good enough to transcode a 1080p stream on the fly, with some extra power for the other tasks my home server runs).

As for the dual monitors, I'm pretty sure iGPUs are more than able to handle that as well (I've done it on a previous desktop build, my current laptop, and my work laptop). And besides, low-end dGPUs are a massive rip-off anyway.

At least the 710 is like 30 bucks.

True, but the Intel iGPU is free and (depending on CPU) outperforms the 710.

Well GT 710 is pretty much targeted to old desktops (like some Core 2 Duo SFF) or low-power systems...

I'm planning to throw a GT 710 into my 9-year-old Lenovo 3000 S200 SFF and hand it down to my dad's office as a cheap basic office desktop. I know it's old and very limited in terms of upgrades but I simply don't wanna ditch that thing.
