HI pple,
I recently bought an Asus PC (ASUS K31CD-DS71 VivoPC Desktop) after reading a couple of reviews on a forum online. I could only find two decent reviews about it (below), so I can tell it's not very well known. Still, because I know a few things about computers I went ahead and bought it.
Right of the box, it has remarkable specifications save for the lack of a graphics card. Even so, I have enjoyed using it for the past two months. It comes with an Intel HD 630, but I was thinking of tweaking it to a dedicated graphics card with VRAM. Which graphics card should I go for? Would it need me to upgrade the PSU? I would love to play FIFA, Hitman and other AAA games while also be able to use business softwares. Any recommendations?

I'd love to see pictures inside the computer. Those reviews did not reveal too much.
Without knowing the specs, I would say a GTX1050ti will work because there are models that do not need extra power.
If the power supply has free molex or sata connectors, then at least a GTX1060 could be used.Robbo99999 likes this. -
According to Asus Homepage it does have eihter a 200W or 300W PSU. And it also has a PCI-E 16x slot, so yeah, 1050ti is the max you can get if it has enough room for that card.

Here's the pdf for that model or that matches it.

And from BestBuy is says this:

Number Of PCI-E x16 Slots 1
So if correct a GPU upgrade would benefit your system performance.

Power Supply
200 W Peak
300 W Peak
So you might see if you can upgrade this to at least min 750W starting. So this can be your staring point and how you go from here is up to you. -

I wouldn't bother upgrading the power supply, because that case just doesn't look very good ventilation wise for a start so it's not gonna dissipate 750W, or even half of that with any kind of efficiency, and I wouldn't really see that case & platform as worthy of future GPU upgrading in the years down the line once you've got your GTX 1050ti/GTX 1060 in there.
Can my desktop handle an upgrade?
