Almost a year ago, I bought myself a 24 inch Full HD Screen for my PC, two days ago I noticed a small grey spot on the panel. At first, I thought it was just some dust and tried to clean it away, but then I saw that it was something behind the panel. I've read something about dead/stuck pixels before, but they usually seem to be black (dead), white (hot) or colored (stuck). In my case, they seem to be grey and a bit blurred. Any suggestions what it could be? [IMG]Here a photo: http://s346.photobucket.com/user/Spoderskrillex/media/IMG_20160721_115751_zpsmo3o9bbs.jpg.html

Did you take about the screen before? That looks like dust go behind the panel protector.

No, the only thing I did with my screen is connecting it with my PC and using it for almost a year. Is there a possibility for a "noob" like me to get it out? It's not like it bothers me while doing stuff on my Computer, especially when I'm playing games (because I concentrate on what I am doing, I oversee it). Notice: When I put the mouse cursor on it while directly looking at it, and then look at it from the side, It looks like the spot is "behind" or "under" the cursor. Thanks for the reply by the way ^^

I just seems like that is dust from what your describing with the color. If your mouse over it doesn't change that color then something else there that shouldn't be there.

Hm. Well. Any suggestions what I could do about it? I have no idea how I could get rid of it without damaging the screen.

If its behind the panel, not really much that can be done, Maybe see if you can get replaced under warranty?

I think I will just wait a bit, I still have about a year of warranty left. It doesn't bother me really now, so I'll just wait and see if anything else occurs. Thank you both for answering!
