    Does borderless windows mode ever work?

    I just was wondering if any of you actually have any success with borderless windows mode.

    GSync on or off it's always a stuttery mess for me with a serious hit to performance. Doesn't matter the game.

    I am pretty sure you can't run any kind of V-sync, G-sync or Freesync in windowed mode, regardless of borderless or not.

    What settings do you have? I can see it working if you use VSync.

    GSync is definitely supposed to though, it's literally a setting. I also try it with nothing on.

    No idea - I run all my games in BW and I even have an external screen connected - both work fine.

    BW on Windows 8 and Windows 10 is forced vsync, only exclusive fullscreen does not have vsync and is app controlled.

    G-sync works in windowed mode. You have to set V-sync to ON as well as set G-sync to turn on to be used in Windowed mode.

    Borderless works for me. It's as effective as Fullscreen just without V-Sync.
