    Hi, we have an old aspire all in one z5710 in really good condition.

    The mainboard is intel h87 express. Upgraded the cpu to first gen i7 876 quad core.

    VGA slot is mxm ii supposed to take a and b of up to 45W. What else can be plugged in besides gt240m?

    Help greatly appreciated!

    No, this is a machine that many people do NOT own. You'd be better off googling it. A quick google seems like the gt240m is the best gpu it had. Having said that I don't know and it's very likely that no one knows. You can pioneer it yourself, but I think it's probably going to be a total waste of money.
