I'm really afraid the motherboard is broken.
The Problem--The computer won't start (it won't even POST). For reasons too long to go into, my graphics card was disabled, so I needed to reset the CMOS battery (cuz I'm dumb). I unplugged everything and held the power button for a bit, removed the battery, snapped the battery back in (+) side up, and closed the chassis. Now, when I plug in the power cable, the following occurs:
(1) The LEDs and fan start immediately without me even pressing the power button. The front power light is yellow for about 1/2 second, then it turns blue like the other LEDs (I'm unsure if the yellow-blue change is normal because I don't remember if, before this problem started, the power light started yellow like this; blue is its normal color though). The fan starts quietly, but after about 4-5 seconds, it becomes very loud (before this problem started, the fan was always nearly silent).
(2) After about 1 second, the words "entering power saver mode" appear on the monitor (before this problem started, these words only appeared if I either turned on the monitor without connecting the PC, disconnected the PC from the monitor, or changed the monitor's input to the wrong channel); nothing else appears on the monitor, and about 15 seconds later the monitor goes black again.
(3) After about 30 second-to-one-minute the PC itself just shuts off.
(4) During this whole process, the PC doesn't beep during startup and the USB mouse/keyboard don't light up or show cap/number lock at all. It goes through this same process every time I either plug it in or hit power. At the moment it's just a bright, loud doorstop.
My System--I'm using an Aurora r6, with:
i7 7700,
Nvidia gtx 1070 (plus the onboard Intel graphics card),
16gb RAM,
1TB HDD.
I bought it new a few months ago (it is under warranty, but I don't know if the CMOS reset voided that).
Any idea what's causing problem? Mobo? GPU?

The only time I have anything like this was when I had a plug come loose, I would double check that everything is re seated and secure. PSU and Memory issues can be a PITA.

Try disconnecting your HDD and if it POSTs then your HDD is likely to failing. If all else won't work then your MB must be RMA'ed.

If the HDD was failing he would get a message saying "No drive detected". It's definitely not a drive failure.
