Gaming PC (Skylake, AIR+QUIET) - Please advise

Hi guys
I am looking to build a new gaming PC and would need your advice on what components to use.

The idea is I want a PC to last for 4-5 years without much investment in it. I am not a hardcore gamer but like to play and test the latest games. Mostly I play Starcraft 2 and Heroes of the Storm.
Not interested in overclocking but would like to have this as an option (sometimes I like to test OC etc.)

With this in mind I would like your suggestion on the following:
Budget: ~2500$ (can be extended to 3000$ if needed)

Hardware:
CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K
Mainboard: waiting for 2-3 suggestions
Memory: 2-3 suggestions (should be 16GB at least, not sure if 2x8GB or 4x4GB mean much for performance)
Video Card: Geforce GTX980Ti (suggestion on Brand and model. As quiet as possible but overclocked).
SSD: should be M.2: Samsung 950 Pro or similar (256GB or 512GB)
PSU: suggestions (modular, quiet, powerful but efficient).

COOLING:
CPU Cooler: Perhaps fan-less if case cooling is enough or something efficient and quiet.
Case: mid or full tower (easy to work with, good build, keep inside cool and dust free, DUST FILTERS).

That would be it.
I know I am asking a lot but this is what I would like to spend money on.

CPU: If you can afford it get the iNtel 2011v3 boards. Don't get AMD boards....Get iNtel CPU only. You want power iNtel is the way to go.
Memory: I know DDR4 will be expensive but that is what is coming down the pipe.
Video: GTX980Ti all the way...SLI if you can...you never know
Monitor: Well this is tricky...If you want 4K that is connected through your GPU Video Display port. But I use DVI through my MSI GTX970OC 4G on a Dell 27" IPS and it works and look good. But man the IPS default setting is blinding in a dark room. Get a IPS if you can don't go lower then 23" if you can get a good one.
SSD: 512GB Samsung or similiar..
PSU: at least min 800Watts..I go 1000Watts if you can afford it. It will have to work less to keep your system going. With future expansion in mind. I have a Antec 750Watt and it is hold out fine.

CPU Fan: I use the CoolerMaster 212 and it quiet enough for my needs.
Case: This will depend how many HDD are you planning to put in it? I Finally went a Full Tower Corsair 750D and that was enough for my 16 HDD. But this was overtime that I need all this space. Otherwise a Mid Tower should be sufficient if your not addy more then 4 HDD into it.

We have so far:

I won't be using more than the M.2 SSD or maximum another SATA SSD.
For games I have decided to keep my current 1080p montior for at least 12 months and I will change it once the new Nvidia (Pascal) is out and get that one too .

DECIDED:
CPU: i7 6700K + Noctua NH-U14S (should be enough for stock speeds and maybe a little of OC experimenting)

RAM: G.Skill Trident Z 2x16GB DDR4-2800(CL14-14-14-35) or DDR4-3000 (CL15-15-15-35). Better go for lower timings or Mhz

Video Card: GTX 970 (still need to decide what brand and model)

SSD: M.2 Samsung 950 PRO

NOT DECIDED:
Motherboard: research / waiting for recommendations
PSU: research / waiting for recommendations
Case: research / waiting for recommendations

Motherboard: Anything that is 2011v3 if you want or Skylake Chipset. I would choose MSI or Asrock boards.
PSU: Any name brand that is from 800 to 1000 watts with 80% rating or higher. This will depend on what you plan to run if 2 SLI I go with at least 1000 watts this will prevent system drain and insure you got plenty of juice to spare-might be a tad much but I might go that route later next year as I currently have a Antec 750W and that is pushing 14 HDD/2 SSD plus 3 fans, 1 BD burner and a MSI GTX770OC 4G . That might be pushing it a bit far.
CASE: This will depend if you go SLI or single GPU? But a midtower with expansion option for water cooling if you ever go that route would help. I would look at Corsair cases those have given me the most configuration.
