    SOLVED BY ME:eek:

    Laptop: Lenovo - G50-45 15.6" Laptop - AMD A8-Series - 6GB - 1TB Hard Drive - Black

Whenever I boot the laptop up it says Lenovo and then quickly goes to a screen that says:
    "Error
    Verification failed: (15) Access Denied"
Note: If I press enter it takes me to Windows but it is annoying getting this error.

Before I sent in my laptop I had a GRUB-like boot loader that let me select between Windows 10 and Remix OS. How do I remove this? (and no I don't have a installation disk)

This is what is causing the blue screen.

Quick Google search suggests it's related to Secure Boot. You could try disabling that and seeing if that affects anything.

As for removing the other OS, you could simply wipe its partition. If you want to wipe GRUB and just use the Windows boot loader, the easiest way of going about it would be to simply wipe the entire drive and reinstall Windows on it.

I am pretty sure I already have secure boot disabled, will double check.

I am currently wiping all my files, changed settings, etc and reinstalling windows. Is this going to fix it? Btw looks like they turned secure boot on when they fixed my laptop.

Because of that error message I am not able to wipe/reinstall windows -- ughhhhh

Everything I found and tried from you and others did not work but finally I found a program that backups your current boot loader and then fixes it and makes a new version. It worked great! :)
