The GT720 is a pretty terrible (and old) low-end GPU which only really compares to an Intel HD4600 integreated GPU. Honestly, I wouldn't even bother with a dGPU in a pre-built system at that price point.

Ignoring the display card at that price , is it a bad deal then -
If you can find a less expensive system without the GPU, it'd be a good deal. Otherwise, it's a bit for a rip imo.
