My mobo has two m.2 slots. One is Ultra M.2 that supports M.2 PCI Express Module up to Gen3 x4 (32gb/s) according to the manual and a regular M.2 which supports M.2 SATA3 6.0 gbps module.

Noob question. If i where to build a raid 0 with 2 M.2 ssd NVME, can the other slot SATA 3 6 gbps module be equiped with an M.2 ssd nvme? or just plain sata 3 M.2 be paired with an nvme?

    so 1 x m.2 ssd nvme (500gb) + 1 x m.2 ssd (500gb) = raid 0

    am I right?

In theory it should work 1x nvme and 1x sata.

BUT check clearly your motherboard details. My current laptop (Clevo p650SG) has the same slots as yours but can only run 2x SATA or 1x nvme! It cannot run 1x SATA and 1x nvme at the same time (even worse i cannot even get the nvme to work as a boot drive due to the BIOS!)

It might not be allowed in run in a Raid 0 at all. You might run a Raid 0 with software but overall its not worth it. NVME drives are fast enough for normal usage.
