    Hi Everyone,
I have a rog strix z390-e gaming motherboard. I've got this board 2 months now and it's performing well with my K processor. My Asus gaming mouse got aesthetics lights too which is cool. I've noticed only this week when I shut down the windows, lights of my mouse as well as my external USB drives is still on.

Question is, is it normal for a motherboard even if you shut down windows and PC is turned off, still USB ports of the motherboard got power on it?

How will you diagnose the motherboard if it's grounded?

My Computer specifications as follows :
Motherboard : Rog Strix Z390-E Gaming
    CPU : 9900KS
Cooler : EVGA AIO CLC 240mm
    Vcard : EVGA RTX 2060
    P. Supply : EVGA 750 G3
    Memory : DDR4 Hyperx (8x2) 16GB
