The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Wasn't much room at my old place, but now I've got a spacious basement so I can fit things like that. A desk is near the top of my priority list.

    do u ever watch "randomfrankp" on Youtube? he has a DIY-ish desk setup that consists of an Ikea table top and it's held up by 2 drawers on either side. i also like how he bought little metal risers/feet to elevate the table top off of the top of the drawers. it looks really good if u have the space for it.

    the first 2 setups in this video are also using a similar setup, but in different configurations:

    Love it! My end setup is going to be my weights at one end, couch/tv/entertainment center/consoles in the middle, and then office/battlestations at the other end with some space for standing VR. My walls are that same white brick though.
