Hi guys im not sure if this is the right area to post this but here it goes anyways. Currently i have a 2.1 creative setup that i got as a gift a couple years ago and now My speakers are starting to crap out, by crapping out I mean that sometimes only 1 side has sound. But the thing is that's if I jiggle or have the 3.5mm audio jack a certain way I can get both speakers to work. It will be fine as long as I keep the jack completely still but that hardly ever works. For the past few months I have been messing with this thing to get it working properly. So I was wondering what should I do? Is it time for new speakers or can I fix this. I have read that you can clean the jack, try getting an extension, or those usb adapters. Has anyone had this problem and found a solution? Thanks for looking.

Looks like a faulty wire to me. I would start from there.

Yup, that's what it is, if fiddling with the cable fixes the problem, it's faulty wiring alright. This is usually how headphones die out in my experience. If you can replace the cable it'll make it easy, but if you can't, then I'd ask for a replacement under warranty.

Another question, right now my speakers are connected with the cables that have 3 3.5mm jacks. All 3 are connected to the speakers while only the green one is connected to my computer. I was wondering if I would be able to buy an aux cable and use that even though it won't have 3 jacks on each side.
