    My pc:
    8700K stock
    2x8GB DDR4 GSKILL 3000mhz ( XMP
    Corsair 750 i
    Asus Z370 Pro Gaming.

I have 2 disks. SSD Crucial 525 GB MX 300 and Toshiba 500GB.
I have an question about system Windows 10.
I installed from Pendrive USB Windows 10 from here:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

On a fresh formatted ssd i install Windows 10.
When i installed Windows 10 there was a problem with...

1.When i go to windows settings, no matter what i click on system settings it wont opened. SO click and nothing.

2.Problem with web browsers ( Firefox and Chrome ).
When i go to some site, and try to download something ( right click save ), browser just hang, and not respond. I had to click X on the browser.

This happens in BOTH Firefox and Chrome, which is why I think it's an issue on Windows' part?

That was this 2 problems after i installed Windows 10 from Pendrive.
I dont know how but after 2-3 restart now its all fine and working fine.
I just ask why that happened? It maybe was related to my rams?
But i tested memtests and no errors. Thanks for suggestions.

I also checked DISK status, and GOOD HEALTHS.

Sounds like a corrupted install from the read of it. Did you install it offline or connected to internet? And did you install all the board drivers first before connecting to internet? Never have it connected to the internet when you install so there nothing being downloaded or interference before you get all the drivers updated.

    Hello. My cpu 8700K ,16GD DDR GSKILL XMP ( 3000mhz )
    2 disks: SSD Crucial 525 GB MX300, HDD TOSHIBA 500GB 7200RP
I downloaded from microsoft Windows 10 and make bootable iso in Pendrive Kingston Data Traveler.
During install i format SSD and HDD. I choose to install Windows 10 to SSD.
    After installed Windows 10
    I faced this issue:
    http://www.surfacetablethelp.com/20...rvice-in-windows-10-fall-creators-update.html

My Windows 10 computer has became slow after cleaned install of Fall Creators. When I load some website in Edge and click on any link, nothing happens and the browser keeps freezing. I notice that state repository service takes about 100% resources of CPU usage. It happens while I connect it to internet via ethernet network. Then I open the Immersive control panel or Settings app and click on any link, the same problem appears, no matter using Microsoft or local account.

After 2-3 restarts issue gone. But i tried to reproduce this issue and i format disk again and installed Win 10 again from pendrive. But this time all was fine.
And my question is. Why after second format and second clean install Windows 10 i dont had this issue? Thank you for explanation. Cheers
From what i read from internet problem is reproducable. I met peoples that they reproduce issue by each fresh install on formatted partition. So why i cant?
