I wanted to buy a EXP GDC Beast eGPU Adapter to fix my Sony Vaio VPCEA1S1E/B ( notebookcheck.net). When i boot up the Laptop it gives me a black screen. Can i just buy the Adapter and use it?

I hope someone can help me ^^

Maybe, but depends on how the iGPU is damaged. You might be able to try the oven method too- common fix for Xbox and HP DV7.

The eGPU shouldn't make anything worse, but costs money. The oven method is free, but can damage other stuff. I would watch ebay for someone selling that laptop with a damaged screen or even just parting one out to get a replacement mainboard before trying eGPU as a permanent solution, because it's probably about the same price.
