I have the Acer Aspire 5560-Sb613. I'm not sure whether or not my laptop has the correct ports to do hook up an eGPU (or if there are compatibility problems), and I don't want to sink any money into this before I know, so any help would be appreciated.

neither computers have the proper chipset to perform at the highest speeds available 1.2opt. It would not be worth the money in my opinion.
