Hi, I am toying with the idea of setting a EGPU up for my Clevo W150ER.

It already has a 650M GPU with Optimus.

Would this conflict with the EGPU, or would it mean I'm in more of a position to run Optimus?
Also would the Optimus tweak work with a 560ti?
I don't have one yet, but as I am on the move a fair bit it would make sense to buy one to swap in the desktop when am home.

What interface can you use to run an external 16x PCI-e slot?
