    Hi im new and im too excited with all these methods to make my lap bright as light, i have a compal qal51 (3630qm + 8gb kt + 1mpcie + 1 sata for dvd to attach WiFi? No express card nor thunderbolt, no dedicated card either (motherboard got the slot but theres no chip)). So i dont know how to check if i got so much mappeable ram (how its called this? Is it something with LU? Right?) and if my nb is compatible at all before buying the kit, please any useful info will help me a lot.
    My nb have hd4000 and in BIOS options only get sideload allocation and nothing more about GPU, and in advanced wake for lan and pcie wlan, how the gpu is detected if i cant set at bootup and how can i know if my mpcie port isnt capped?

    Hi, i just check my TOLUD and i got E0000000 to EFFFFFFF, it means 3.5GB, is it good?

    my mother just got a GPU connection that isn't made, for these reasons i think i have some more mappeable addresses, but which adapter ill need to use? PE4L or PE4H? Can i use my SATA DVD to hold a WiFi card? or at least usb's that allow me to use usb WiFi card?

    65+ views and no one replys? being a newbie in this forum is like a sentence that no one cares...

    after broke my keyboard :( i could access to my top side of the motherboard, near the DVD RW drive and seems this:

    according to this: QAL50/51 service manual this unsoldered connection means ExpressCard conn so checking the manual says:

    • Smart Card Reader & Express Card (Option, Changeable with ODD ) (Just for QAL50)
    • Smart Card Reader & Express Card (Option,ODD/ODD+TPM+SC/TPM+SC+Express Card/TPM+SC by BOM ) (Just for QAL51)


    and its confirmed by my pic and the manual where says: 1.1 Top View (For QAL50/51)

    Help please: anyone could tell me if DSDT Overwrite works with every laptop? cuz i have 8gb and E0 TOLUD, and i'm looking for a Latitude E6430 that have TOLUD Issues too, so TOLUD Overwrite is applicable to every laptop or its only fully functional when a modded BIOS is done?
