Does a Thunderbolt 3 to PCIE x16 (x4 electrically) slot adaptor exist? If so link?

If is doesn't exist why not? is it even possible (within reason)? will it ever exist? any news/rumors?

I ask because such a adaptor would allow unlimited freedom with no limits on gpu card size (no enclosure clearance limits), power draw (use any desktop psu) and cooling solution (diy custom cooler mounting).

    Developing your own product?
Has anyone investigated the inXtron thunderbolt 3 hardware development kit, after reading the fine print (no returns, no refunds)?

(I do not know if it is suitable, the inXtron page only shows a board with various connectors, not how they can be used. It might not be product because it hasn't passed through the Thunderbolt3 certification process, or there might be FCC radio non-interference issues, etc. inXtron's byline is "ODM for external storage solutions", so they might not have much GPU expertise to help you debug software problems getting your product designed and working. The company seems to have the same Brea, CA address as AKiTiO, and claims to have been founded in the same year, 1992, so they are probably closely related.)
