    Hi there

    I had success using EGPU (totally DIY) with an Acer AMD powered APU notebook, but now I am having problems using the same config with an Intel powered notebook using Windows 10 (It was working before)

    The AMD had a APU with crappy cache so I removed the eGPU to use it with my old Intel notebook, but the screen (external) goes black randomly but when I move the mouse or touch any key, it goes back normal, but it sucks to lose the screen all time...

    When I got to device manager both GPUs appear, but I disabled (from WIndows) the X3100, but I have no way to disable it from BIOS since its locked

    Specs:
    GPU = EVGA GT-740 SC
    Notebook: Core2Duos 1.66
    OS: Windows 10
    Linked thru a mini pcie bridge, since it has no expresscard slot.

    If it is a BIOS issue (conflict with the X3100) how to I disable it ? I don“t know to unlock BIOS since the Acer notebook someone unlocked to me from a forum

    If someone here knows how to unlock BIOS, could check for me ?
