    The Powercolor "Devil Box" TB3 eGPU docking station is " ready to sell" in limited quantities from a few select e-tailers (1 per country).

    ComputerBase.de has a 5-page review ( de). (If you use Chrome or Google Translate to make a de→en translation, watch out for translation errors. For example, it may convert "Zentimeters" to "inches" without changing the numbers.)
