Should I get Nvidia GT 640 or ATi HD 7750 to use as an eGPU with my Thinkpad X230?

I'm mainly an Xbox 360 gamer, but am looking at getting rid of it in favour of an eGPU solution, as I need to cut down on the amount of stuff I have as I'm moving abroad next year and need to travel as light as possible, plus the Xbox 360 will be old tech in under a week's time :).

I currently have an Ivybridge i5 Thinkpad X230, so it has a 2.0 ExpressCard slot. As for the graphics card, everything I can find online points to the HD 7750 being the better card, but I just wanted to know if there were any known compatibility issues which made the Nvidia card the preferable option (also, if one has better Optimus/Virtu performance, as I may be using my laptop screen to game on). I don't want anything more powerful, as I want to card to run off the 75W supplied by PCIe (trying to save space) and, as far as I'm aware, these two cards are the most powerful which fit the bill for the timebeing.

    Thanks :D
