    Hi everyone!

Silverstone was showing at Computex an external GPU Thunderbolt case equipped with a SFX PSU of 450W! Imagine playing on your laptop with a GTX Titan!

This Silverstone T004 looks much more promising than the MSI GUS II which only had a 150W power supply. I just hope this one will come out!

More infos and pictures here : http://www.anandtech.com/show/7040/computex-2013-thunderbolt-graphics-from-silverstone

I am not a real fan of the design though. I find the case a bit too big but hell, it's better than nothing!

I also think it could finally give a real purpose to Thunderbolt which even now is considered as expensive and not really useful.

By the way any of you has a list of Haswell PC equipped with Thunderbolt?

    Cheers!

I have literally been waiting forever for a product like this. If this is released this or next year, I will buy it in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately, Silverstone is postponing all work on the T004 because Intel still refuses to give them licensing and certification. In an attempt to convince Intel to give Silverstone the licensing and certification they need to be able to sell the the T004, I have created a petition at Change.org: https://www.change.org/petitions/in...-allow-the-sale-of-affordable-egpu-enclosures

I'd appreciate it if you guys would sign my petition and also to ask those of your friends who are interested to sign it.
