Heres a link about the Lucid external graphics.
Thunderbolt Graphics Technology Turns Your Ultrabook Into a Gaming Rig
This is a HUGE plus for us with thunderbolt ports. Really hoping that unlike MSI, Lucid will stick with it and release it soon. -
This sounds awesome! Finally some progress.... I still have one question though, would it be possible to use the internal display with thunderbolt on a laptop?

I was wondering the same thing. If your setup was Optimus compatible, it would definitely be able to (NVidia card + intelHD graphics). But AMD cards don't have Optimus. A way I could see this working would be because thunderbolt is both display and pci-e, it could theoretically do both. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

lucid is known for their vaporware. but imo they are the ones that could develop amazing graphics that could allow easily enable the use of the notebook internal lcd. but then anyway I didn't saw that in those news.
