Hey, I'm kind of stuck. I just set up my eGPU and it was recognized right away, but I'm getting a code 12 in device manager saying it can't allocate enough resources for the graphics card.
I'm using an Asus 1GB GTX550 Ti with a PE4L expresscard adapter.
I've read the experiences of a few others here that have done an eGPU on a Fujitsu t901 and they all seem able to plug-n-play without any problems, but I've made my Fujitsu rather... unique. I have a newer model processor (i7 2760qm) than what comes stock and upgraded the RAM to 16 GB. It also has Nvidia NVS 4200m. I don't know if which, if any or all, are causing my setup to have problems. And even if these aren't the problems, I wouldn't know whether to do the setup 1.x fix or the DSDT override.
So, do I need to disable/manually alter anything? What steps should I take to make this functional?
Edit: Further problem. For some reason now Direct3D (at least that what dxdiag tells me right before it crashes) and Flash crashes any program that tries to use them, with or without my non-operational eGPU plugged in. Now I really don't know what's going on.
More Edit: More problems. I removed the eGPU and driver from the device manager, restarted, and not only is Flash and Direct3D still crashing every time something tries to use them, going into 'system' from the control panel crashes windows explorer.

Okay, I manually went through and uninstalled/deleted everything Nvidia, then did a clean install of the driver for the NVS 4200m. Everything's back to normal now, but I'm not doing anything with my eGPU until I know what I did wrong and how I should do it right. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
