    Hello!
I've ran into some trouble with my eGPU setup a couple days ago and im not sure what to do.

    Here's a video of the situation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=czwbB-9FwSo

    Hardware used:
    -Lenovo T500 Laptop
-XFX ATI Radeon HD 4650 1 GB DDR2 Graphics Card HD465XZDF2
    - Cooler Master Elite 460W ATX +12V V2.31 SATA, PCI-E Power Supply RS460-PSAR-J3-US
    Software used:
    -Windows 7 32-bit

The setup used to work and i stopped using it for a while. When i set it all back up the video card wouldn't even fire up when power was going to it. Any thoughts?
