This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     eGPU's Ready for VR

    At the moment I have a 980m 8GB GPU on a Sager NP9758-G 6700K, 64 GB RAM which says it isn't ready for VR.

    So my questions are:

    Are there any eGPU's currently on the market now that will enable me to use VR (Vive, Oculus)?

    Is there a GPU upgrade coming out anytime soon that I can replace in my laptop to use VR?.
