    id like to know if i can use my gtx 550 ti on my thinkpad i got 4 gb x2 ram and
    intel core i7-3520m 2.90ghz (i have express card slot).
    i did lots of research and i heard that on x230 there is a problem with two memory card,
    i saw i would have to power my gtx 550ti which need 400wats .
    now the problem is that i want to try make it as portable as its can be,
    i mean if i can use my internal screen and not other screen ?

    660ti Works on mine. 8GB ram. (crashes with 16gb. BIOS issue)

    Internal lcd passback works okay, but you'll want to external monitor anyway, for performance reasons.
