I have a 6809 with an ATI 9600 mobility radeon, I have seen that some 9600s are 128mb, emachines says mine is a 64mb video card. Are they the same card? How do I upgrade to 128mb? Any help appreciated.

The Emac is a 64mb GC, and is not upgradable to 128mb, but the difference isn't THAT much, especially if you OverClock the card to decent settings.

gtd2000 thanks for the short simple answer, I appreciate it, though it drives my wife crazy.

HardDrive I do not have a clue how to overclock the card to decent settings, where can I find out how to do something like that?

Thank you both for your time and replys.

Hey no problem man, that's what we are here for.

    Hit up this: www.omegadrivers.net

Go to WinXP and get the newest Driver Set.

In your Control Panel>Display>Settings>Advanced will have the program.

The site above will also have documentation as well. If you have more questions, feel free to ask.

Oh, a good OC (not the same for everyone) is in my sig. Ball park that.

About the overclocking... go to http://atitool.ocfaq.com/ this program automatically overclocks your card to its max settings, both the core and the memory, though it will take a while. I suggest lowering your numbers by just a bit once it is down O/Cing just in case...
