I have a friend with an M-2350 notebook but no CD's. We loaded Windows XP and are now trying to ID hardware and locate drivers.

We figured out the wireless networking.

    We need help with:

    Graphics
    Sound
    Wired Network
    PCI modem?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Chad

eMachines has no central location for driver downloads (totally baffling).

Think we are just going to bite the bullet and order new CDs and make a note to not buy another eMachines PC.

    Thanks,

    Chad

Did you actually talk to eMachines.
Many PC companies have ftp sites that have downloads that aren't linked directly from thier websites. eMachines has been lot's of help to me so far. Customer service has been more than helpfull and pleasant to deal with. Although, I haven't need any driver downloads...

    Good luck.

Maybe I could email you a driver that might work. Let me know.

Yes, I did call them and they told me matter of factly they had no downloads. (Still find that odd, lol).

We have the CDs coming so we should be set once they show up.

    Thanks for your help!
