I was looking at the Emachine Website to see newest Notebook. I seen that they dont offer notebooks. did emachine/gateway stop offering notebooks because of merger or is it because they werent saling as much as they thought. is there going to be a come back with a new design for the notebooks?????

This is old news here and was discussed at length. eMachines can no longer sell laptops because of their horrendous quality record with respect to the cracked hinges. They blew the hinge issue, which ruined the brand image. Pity.
