    Hi,
I was interested in the 6000 series, the one Qwester has but I thought that Fujitsu was coming out with a Pm Sonoma for the 17" 6000 series model. So now I see the 15.4' model ,which was the newest.

I was told 2 months ago on this site to wait for the new 6000 17" that wil be released but no date what so ever.

Is this still going to happen or was I misinformed by people? Does anyone know?

The thought of going back to a the 17" 6000 series the way it is now is not something I want. It's the old way to me and with too much heat, fans on all the time,etc... I really do like the notebook for even less than a year ago ,not now.

Was I told wrong on this site? I'd like to know because I've been waiting and waiting for something that doesn't look like it exists. I only heard about it rom this site. No where else have I read about it.

    Anything from anyone is appreciated,Thanks!

P.S. I just looked at the sticky and I knew I got the info here. That is one place,Qwester and a couple other people. So I'm not wrong? Just no one knows of a release date, that's it?

If someone can tell me if I'm right or wrong that would be great. The sticky doesn't really sound like someone knows for sure if there truly is one coming out. It saids may migrate.......

    Help?

    Thanks,
    Heart [ :)]

"The N6000 will either migrate to Sonoma (PM) or offer it as an option by the end of June."

There WILL be a PM version of the N6 coming.

Yes, i am not in the US but in Hong Kong at this time. However, our N3510 and N6010 stocks are actually US imports as these were never offically released here. I see many shops here liquidating their N6 stock with discounts at this point. I think qwester said this was not happening in the US. I see this as an indication that an updated N6 model may be coming soon, similar to the models that were recently released by Fujitsu in Japan. They have got a PM chip in the N6 case and also another model with a similar case to the N6 with the Turion chip. We will have lots of options if both the Turion and PM make it into the N6.
