Just tried my 6210's microphone, but can't make it work. Does 6210 come with a built-in microphone? I can't find one. And I tried the microphone from my walkman which works fine on my desktop. No matter I tried the original setting or alternate microphone, it can't pick up my voice. Only in some cases, I forgot which setting, when I click the microphone, I can hear sound recorder picked up some slight click sound, but I'm not sure whether it picked up a electronic shock incurred by my click.

Does 6210 has any requirement on the microphone? I just tried to make my skype working.

finally make the mic work, partially.

I find if I do not fully plug my mic in, at some certain range, the mic works. Then I checked my mic, find it's a stereo mic, i.e., two black insolation circle on its plug pin. I don't know what it does with the results, but it certain does something. maybe if I do not fully plug it in, then it contact with 6210's inner circuit as a mono mic, and blah blah. But that's all my guess. I have to find another mic to test my guess.
