Ive been looking at these for a long time. My choices that im stuck between are the Fujitsu 7020, Gateway m250x and the dell 700m. I REALLY like the fujitsu but cant seem to find it anywhere for a comparable price of the dell, hence the reason i am looking for a dell. If somone could send me a link or something for coupons or a site with a good price id appreciate it.

    Thanks

You are comparing apples and oranges- the Dell 700 will definitely be cheaper, esp. with all the coupons available. The 700 is a nice 12" screen unit, and a very good value- can't beat the bang for the buck. But- it is a 12" screen and the keyboard is downsized accordingly as well.
The Fujitsu S7020 is a 14.1" screen, weighs less than the Dell (prob. around a pound less), the screen is one of the best made, almost full-sized keyboard, good components/specs/reivews. It is the lightest 14" screen laptop with a modular optical drive made. The only lighter one with a built in optical drive (not modular, though) is the Panasonic, which is ~$500 more and underpowered.
Tech support on the Fujitsu is located in either Canada or the US- everyone speaks English, and minimal hold/wait time to talk to a tech.
You will pay ~$500-600 more for the Fujitsu, similarly equipped. The best place to buy one is from Portableone- their service can't be beat.
The bottom line is how much you are willing/can afford to spend. There is no way around the price difference- you don't get the coupons/discounts on the Fujitsu like the Dell. But the machines really are different. I bought the Fujitsu for my daughter for law school. Her friend bought the Dell 700, and she commented to me the other day that she couldn't believe the difference- she said the screen seemed tiny on the 700, and the keyboard kinda small, and for word processing it would have driven her nuts because she would have been scrolling all the time. On the other hand, her friend is very happy woth the 700. I think it is a balance of price versus size/features, and it is a decision you'll have to make- but you will never get the 7020 for a price similar to the 700 (I wish that was possible  ).
    Good luck. HTH

You can also try for a refurb at fujitsu or a one off the fujitsu ebay store, although I can't seem to find the store at the moment... I have seen it before.
