    Amilo A1655G LAN problem

    I have this laptop and I have a problem with my LAN card. I can easily connect to the switch, everything works fine but when we connect the switch to DSL modem, internet connection just doesn't work on any computer in the network. When I unplug my laptop, everything works fine again elsewhere. The only good thing is that after connecting to the modem/swtich, DHCP gives my valid IP address...but that's it. When I try ping some site, I get drop out high as f**k....and when I'm connected, everybody other does as well. I tried to install the latest LAN drivers but it didn't help. ....seriously don't know what can be wrong with the card, when LAN works, just WAN does problems...

    any ideas?
