If it has intel 945 chipset you are limited to 3.xx* GB and intel 965 has 8GB max.
*chipset itself is actually 32bit, so no x64 Windows will fix that.

Chipset can be either of those two, I don't remember it right now. Look at the device manager or you can use some tool such as HWinfo to do that for you.

It doesn't really matter, whatever you find cheapest.

If you have 800Mhz fsb CPU, then choose 800Mhz memory. Otherwise 667Mhz would be just fine. However I believe 800Mhz is also more common and cheaper, so you could choose it anyways :)

That's pretty much it. I don't see any problems ahead with such a small upgrade :)

    Your answer is here: http://forum.notebookreview.com/fujitsu/290829-upgrading-fs-laptop.html#post3830929

However, do you know how to change BOTH ram sticks? Because one of them is under the keyboard and you've gotta know how to remove it in order to install the new ram stick. And boy, is that tricky or what! We're talking here 'bout most probably the worst laptop ergonomics in the whole universe... :(
