    Hi
can anyone tell me where i can get a amilo v2055 hardware and software guide ? i found an excellent one for my ZD8000 over at the ZD7000 forums and dismanteled my ZD8000 with ease , really was wondering if the 3.2ghz processer from my zd8000 and the dvd/cd rewrite drive would be interchangable ?

    Thanks

The processor from the Hp wouldn't fit into the Fujitsu Siemens, as the the Pentium 4 uses an LGA 775 socket, while the Celeron M uses a Socket P socket. They also use different chipsets, and the heat generated by the Pentium 4 wouldn't be dealth efficiently by the Fujitsu Siemens. However, the CD/DVD drive should be interchangeable.

I'm not too sure about any guides for the dismantlement of the Fujitsu Siemens, however, Google may help you with that. Also, the manual may contain some intructions on a little dismantling of the notebook.
