I was looking on Laptopsinc and I saw the little P1000 series. I keep thinking about getting a P5020 but I'd like a notebook that I can take some notes with a stylus. (I have econ classes and the graphs are many) Has anyone used this or does anyone have impressions? As I'm not near a Fry's I can't test pretty much any Fujitsu machine in the flesh. [8)]

If you want touchscreen, my take is get a tablet. The P1000 is a unit I'm not a big fan of, more for functional reasons than anything else though. BTW, the Fujitsu Tablet is sweet. I played with it at the CES...it's my favorite, without question.

Brian, could use please elaborate on the reasons youre not a fan of the P1000 for function reasons?

What do you think of the P2020?

For functional reasons, I mean that a Tablet would do a better job for such a similar piece of hardware. As for the 2000 series, I've not used that one in person, but I'm sure it meets the same high standards of quality the others have.
