    I'm considering it as a compact beater - so far it seems to be the one machine that does pretty much everything I want out of something like this.

    The thing is, I'd like to stick a Vertex inside it and was wondering how accessible the HDD was.

    Also some usage opinions would be nice.

    I dont see the PH530 on Fujitsu website.

    I did see the PH520 which is the thread I started few rows down.

    Wrong continent. Essentially the same machine I think, but we get an i3 here and higher rated runtime.

    I must say it has superb accessibility. 2 RAM slots, HDD and 2 MiniPCI slots all under one easily removed cover.
