My 256mb PC133/144pin/MicroDIMM went bad & the only place online I could find a replacement was in the UK( www.globalmemory.co.uk). Anyone know of any US suppliers of my obsolete module? TIA

Something like these? A few on eBay too. Of course, I don't know all the exact specifications for a matching module.

Since you're in the US you can try Newegg.
But I personally recommend second hand working modules as you may find prices for a brand new PC133 module expensive. This is due to it being more expensive for memory makers to manufacture today than the common current modules of DDR3. So you may find it cheaper on sites like eBay for these. But overall it's up to you really where you wish to purchase these from. -
Thanx for that info...I'll restructure my searches!

This is the module that has correct timing for the P2120, a bit pricey tho. Same price on eBay...

Ended up buying it at Global in the UK...~ $78 total. Thanx all!
Anyone know where to buy RAM for P2120?
